Available on Order — How Pre-Order Works
Some items on this site are marked Available on Order. This page explains exactly what that means, so there are no surprises.
Delivery is Karachi only, for now
Elite Autos currently delivers within Karachi only. We are not shipping to other cities at the moment. If you are outside Karachi, message us anyway — we will tell you honestly when we open your city rather than taking an order we cannot deliver.
Payment is in advance
Orders are confirmed on 100% advance payment by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. We do not offer cash on delivery. This is how we keep prices where they are instead of pricing in the cost of refused parcels.
What "Available on Order" means
We do not hold every item in our Karachi warehouse. Items marked Available on Order are sourced for you after you place the order. It works like a pre-order.
The price shown is indicative, not locked
The price on the product page is our best current estimate based on today's supplier rate and today's dollar rate. Because these items are imported and sourced to order, the final price can move up or down between the day you order and the day we confirm your stock.
If the price changes, here is what happens:
- We contact you on WhatsApp or by phone with the confirmed price before anything is dispatched.
- If you are happy with it, we proceed.
- If you are not, we cancel and refund your advance in full. No argument, no deduction.
You are never charged a higher price without agreeing to it first.
How long does it take
Typically 3 to 10 working days to source, then 1 to 2 days to deliver across Karachi. If an item is going to take longer than that, we tell you the honest timeline before you commit, not after. You are also welcome to collect from our shop.
If we cannot get it
Sometimes a supplier runs out or the item is discontinued. If we cannot source your item, we tell you straight away and refund your advance in full the same day. We do not keep you waiting on an order that is never coming.
In-stock items are different
Anything not marked Available on Order is in our Karachi warehouse now. Those prices are fixed and delivery is 1 to 2 days. Payment is still in advance.
