Elite Autos is a Karachi-based automotive store offering premium car accessories, car care products, lighting, gadgets, vehicle upgrades and professional car services.
Where are you located?
Our shop is at Kashmir Road, Block 3 PECHS, near Chase, Jail Chowrangi, Karachi.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our shop in PECHS to see products, get fitting advice, collect your order or discuss a return in person.
2. Orders & Delivery
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver only within Karachi. Delivery to other cities is closed for now.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched after your advance payment is confirmed. Delivery within Karachi usually takes 1β3 working days. Times may vary during sales or holidays.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Most products have free delivery within Karachi; TPE floor mats have a Rs 199 delivery charge.
Can I collect my order from your shop?
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp after placing your order and we will tell you when it is ready to collect.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the details on WhatsApp or SMS.
3. Payments
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. All orders require 100% advance payment. Your order is confirmed and dispatched only after we receive the payment. Unpaid orders are cancelled.

How do I pay after placing my order?
After you place your order, our team will send you the payment details on WhatsApp. Send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp and we will confirm and dispatch your order.
Is advance payment safe?
Yes. We are a registered Karachi business with a physical shop you can visit at any time. If we cannot fulfil your order, your payment is refunded in full.

Are your products original and high quality?
Yes, we focus on providing premium quality automotive products and accessories.
How do I know if a product fits my vehicle?
Vehicle compatibility information is mentioned in product descriptions. If you are unsure, contact our support team before placing an order.
Will the product look exactly like the pictures?
We try our best to display accurate product images. However, slight color or design variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or product updates.
Do you provide installation services?
Yes, fitting and installation for selected products is available at our Karachi shop in PECHS.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Which items cannot be returned?
Products may not be eligible for return if:

- Original packaging is missing
- The return request exceeds the allowed return period
- The product was purchased on clearance or sale

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are sent to the same bank, Easypaisa or JazzCash account you paid from, generally within 5β10 working days.
Can I return an item at your shop?
Yes. Since we deliver only in Karachi, you can bring the item to our PECHS shop after contacting us on WhatsApp.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:
- Elite Autos covers costs for damaged/wrong items
- Customer may cover shipping for other cases

Please contact us immediately. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
